Nokia E70

The Nokia E70 gullwing keyboard has no Caps Lock. Instead, it uses a simple sticky shift that includes a caps lock feature.

I've used several of the Nokia gullwing phones. The keyboard does not have a Caps Lock. Instead, the designers have provided two shift keys, which work as sticky keys. Press once and get a single uppercase letter. Press twice, and go into caps lock mode. Press again to switch off. It's simple, intuitive, and does not get in the way. The only caveat is that the caps lock mode means that if you press shift once by error, you have to press it twice more to get back to normal typing. This is annoying. Who needs caps on a mobile phone?
